The rock is a brilliant deep red and the massive canyon walls tower over your head. Whether you enjoy mountain biking,UTVing, rock crawling, rock climbing, river rafting, kayaking, SUP boarding, photography, hiking, or simply watching the sun set on the spectacular red rock. No camping is allowed in the Mill Creek area immediately east of the city of Moab, or on the west side of Spanish Valley. No camping is allowed within one mile of developed recreation sites in the Canyon Rims Recreation Area. (apparently Moab offers some of the best climbing in the world).
